How do I update my membership details?

By accessing your secure online membership profile, you can update all of your personal details directly. Here's a run down of what you can do online:

• Find your membership number
• Change your address
• Update your contact numbers or email address, or add additional ways to contact you
• Amend your employment details like employer, workplace or contracted hours
• Change your bank details for your direct debit
• Join or leave our subscription draw, or add additional tickets to your subscription
• Add and amend your equality monitoring details
• Set your communication preferences

Most changes you make will take effect immediately but some details such as employer and workplace, or updates to your direct debit need administrative approval - so don’t worry if your profile doesn't reflect all changes you make straight away.
